Burgess Davis is Vice President, Global Sustainable Plastics for PepsiCo and is responsible for shaping PepsiCo’s sustainable plastics agenda and driving crossfunctional efforts to support execution of the agenda.
Burgess also leads the broader sustainability strategy for PepsiCo. She joined PepsiCo in 2014, as part of the PepsiCo Beverages North America strategy team. Before joining PepsiCo, Burgess worked for several years in strategy consulting and financial services at Booz & Company and Lehman Brothers, respectively. Burgess holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences from Northwestern University. Burgess lives in New York City with her husband and son.
