Catriona brings to the table 20 years of CPG leadership experience, within and beyond, research and development across both Asia Pacific and European markets with global food giants McCormick, Kellogg’s, Mars and Heinz.

At McCormick, she leads R&D strategy and innovation across the Asia Pacific, a growth region for the world’s flavour leader. McCormick’s mission to Make Every Meal and Moment Better includes its commitment to embed sustainability throughout its operations to do what’s right for people, communities, and the planet. Catriona has a BSc. (Hons) Microbiology from the University of Edinburgh and holds a Ph.D. in Food Preservation from the University of York and Institute of Food Research. She is also a member of McCormick’s’ Global Science Council and is recognised for her fresh innovative thinking and ability to take bold steps to implement business change.
