Monila heads the Asia Pacific Flavours business of Givaudan and is based in Singapore which is the regional headquarters.

Monila has a degree in Pharmacy and a Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai University. She has more than 25 years of experience in the Food and Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Consulting and Flavours and Fragrance industries.She joined Quest International India (then a part of the ICI group) in 2002 as the Flavours Head for India and rose to lead both the Flavours and Fragrances businesses in 2004 for South Asia. In 2007, after the acquisition of Quest by Givaudan, Monila moved to Singapore with her family to lead the APAC marketing organization. She rose to head the APAC flavours business for Givaudan in 2011, becoming a part of the divisional Executive Committee known as the Flavours Management Committee at Givaudan.
